"What a fabulous blog that I came across by chance on another blog.I am so moved as my late mother knew Claudine very well.We even visited her in Maibu California one summer in the late 80s and eventhough divorced she and Andy Williams remained very close.I was a child but I recall their son Bobby pushing me on the swing.Thank you Mordi for paying hommage to a beautiful, talented artiste and loving mother."

michele can also shed some light on this amzing photo: it was from the tom jones show but claudine wasn't singing. tom sang "macarthur park" while she acted out a scene of breaking up with someone. she then danced while he performed the song.
sounds AMAZING.

in march i didn't know where this picture was from, but thanks to michele we now know!
it was taken from a show called "The Bold Ones".
UPDATE! pete is probably right in identifying the man as henry mancini so it is probably from around the time of 'the party'. well spotted pete!
